Return Policy:
You must be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, Nellie's will cheerfully exchange the product, issue a credit or refund your payment, whichever you prefer. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

State Sales Tax:
Missouri state tax law requires payment of tax on all shipments sent to Missouri recipients. Please add 7.975% of merchandise value.
Shipping:
Nellie's Fudge is shipped separately and carefully packaged to ensure a secure arrival. Please check delivery addresses carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we were given incomplete or incorrect addresses. Postal and delivery services will not forward.
All orders will be shipped out from our store via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS within one to three business days. Please allow up to five business days for ground transit. There may be delays during the holdiay seasons.
When shipping to or from an area of warm weather (mid-60s or above), items should be shipped two-day or next-day air with a 'polar pack' to insure safe arrival.
Orders received on or after Wednesday, will be shipped the following Monday during warm weather (typically June 1-August 31).
In the continental US, shipping and handling costs are usually between $5.00-$10.00 per pound.
